Shipping-

For fastest and most reliable shipping choose our UPS option at checkout.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

P.O. Boxes cannot be shipped UPS.

If you order multiple times in one day, please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges!

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our reshipment along with providing updated address.

Shipping Policy-

If your package is lost in transit, please email us at shopsavvystyleboutique@gmail.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located, we will reship your items and if they are not available, we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
